A culture of peace, compassion and justice

The culture of the United Nations for peace, the cornerstone on which the United Nations is founded, is strengthened by promoting a vegan lifestyle. There is a proven relationship between animal abuse and others, one of the most brutal and cruel acts to humans. Mahatma Gandhi believed that eating meat leads to violence, even wars. So encouraging vegetarian diet can be a big contributor to peace on the planet.

World Peace through Vegan Athletics by Sharon Wallenberg

“Mankind will not find peace, except when we extend the scope of mercy to all living things,” said Albert Schweitzer.

The United Nations is the most concrete example of commitment to the cause of peace in the modern world. But there is a much older institution, which dates back to antiquity, concerned with the cause of peace and is … the Olympic Games. There are more countries participating in the Olympic Games than there are member states of the United Nations. The Olympic Games are the only arena in which all participating countries spend two weeks of competition, friendship, learning and living together. Therefore, the Olympic Games are considered the largest edifice of world peace Read more

It is truly inspiring to see a small nation that has never won an Olympic medal, and it competes with passion and strength for a much larger and stronger country. One of the most important matters is seeing the determination, persistence and courage that drove a country to send one athlete to the Olympics to compete with countries capable of sending hundreds of athletes.

As a result, the Olympic Games deserve, as a result of their importance and value, to be recognized as one of the greatest institutions for peace throughout the ages. Where athletes can actually make major contributions to world peace. The vegetarian diet helps athletes improve their performance more than illegal steroids. Why? Mostly, although vegetarian athletes are a minority in the Olympic Games, they win most of the competitions. In one tournament, vegetarian athletes represented 10% of the participants but managed to win 60% of the competitions.

The Changing Landscape of Plant Life in Bodybuilding: Posted by Robert Cheek

The Changing Landscape of Global Vegan Bodybuilding by Robert Cheeke

A reflection of more than twenty years that I lived as a vegetarian, there is something I think about throughout the year, especially on the eighth of December, the anniversary of my transformation. I am thinking about what the vegetarians ’movement was in the mid-1990s, what kind of food, restaurants, products and awareness when my journey started following this compassionate pattern. I think about what I was and what I became, I think about the lost souls, the lives that were saved and all the souls affected by my decision to become a botanical member of society. I am thinking in particular of the vegetarians ’movement in bodybuilding, as I spent my entire professional life observing and studying the impact of vegetation on bodybuilding. Read more

I was one of the first to embrace the vegan style of life of bodybuilders. I do not claim to be the first person to adopt this idea. But, of course, I was part of the founders of the vegan bodybuilding movement. The late Robbie Hazeley from the UK, Kenneth Williams from California and Alexander Dargatz from Germany were among the botanical bodybuilders of the same age in the early 2000s. Until the mid-2000s, the number of vegetarian bodybuilders counted on one hand and in the best conditions on the fingers, although there were thousands of vegan athletes who appeared in various other sports.

My website www.veganbodybuilding.com had a huge popular interaction before Facebook spread and it was filled with thousands of members of vegan athletes and hundreds of questions posted, comments, pictures and daily postings of exercises. We had a wonderful global community of individuals who wanted to change the way vegetarians are portrayed. We did not want the vegetarian athletes to be depicted as a group of hippies or weak or any other quality that was common at the time. Male and female vegan athletes alike thrived and spotlighted, as they became champions of their sport. Over the years, it was an absolute honor to meet hundreds, if not thousands, of original members on my website over the course of my ten-year national tour before meeting thousands of members on my two-year world tour.

At the beginning of the 2000s, we used our success in bodybuilding competitions to make headlines in magazines and newspapers in order to spread awareness about the importance of vegetarian style for fitness. We were isolated, and we were often ridiculed because the prevailing thought at the time was “bodybuilding and plant life are two completely contradictory ideas”, so we decided to give vegetarians a new look, an appearance characterized by strength and mercy at the same time. The idea quickly spread and the number of its followers increased, and when social media such as Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Myspace, and more recently Instagram, snapchat spread, vegans spread and vegan athletes came out into the open in a big way. The situation has changed dramatically, in my era, the number of fitness sites, unlike my site, was very low, but now the number of Instagram accounts only for vegetarian athletes is more than can be followed.

It was once a great privilege to appear on www.veganbodybuilding.com, but, for the time being, social media has provided a platform for everyone who wants his voice to be heard and wants people to see how good he is in his physical fitness. These athletes have built their reputation through clips Videos, clicks, likes, posts, and favorites lists, but of course the most important of all is through hard work. I am from the old generation. I have been running my website for fifteen years ago and yet I still don’t have a snapchat account, and I don’t know how to upload a YouTube video. I write books and articles, give lectures, and go on tours to promote the books, but I do not reach the audience like these young athlete vegetarians as they are more technical and intelligent and they all own, even those who entered the field only two years ago, doubled the number of followers on Instagram.

You can say that I am somewhat stubborn, a little slow in following the changing time, and I may risk being out of evolution if I do not follow with the viewers ’preferences and communicate with visitors to these social platforms, and I will probably agree with you. I admit I am slow to acclimate, I was left one way or another, and I have been outdone by the new generation that is in front of many eyes. I hope I don’t show bitterness, because this is not my intention. In fact, I am proud of those who have been able to leave a distinctive mark for them in the vegetarian bodybuilding movement and have made a positive impact. I’ve spent some time recently, probably, with the best vegetarian bodybuilder of our time, Tori Washington.

We participated in the world’s most famous bodybuilding competition “The Olympia” in Las Vegas in September. We talked about changing time and about intergenerational exchange. There was a time when I was the best vegan bodybuilder in the world, but now with the massive presence of heroes on the Internet, there are more than all vegan bodybuilders throughout history. But today I am not among the top five bodybuilders, not even the top ten. Toure is the new king of vegetarian bodybuilding heroes worldwide, for me, at the time of writing this article. We walked, spoke, sat down and discussed this changing landscape. He is a real star now, reaching records that I have never reached, calling fans I could never send them my message, and reaching a body structure that I could never sculpt. Over the course of his career, he managed to win three times the number of championships she won, which is still in the beginning.

It seems that I meet a new bodybuilder weekly who has ten thousand followers on YouTube or ten thousand followers on Instagram (both alike more than one follower), and those who own new books, products, programs, clothing lines and online video channels that reach the crowds The Great. This is great for the movement of vegetarian athletes, great for animals and wonderful for the planet. Don’t feel bad. I am writing not as an envious person. In the end, I lived under the lights that spanned a decade before the emergence of the current bodybuilders, and I am still being invited to the finest activities of vegetarians in the world from Australia to Europe to Canada and around the United States of America. But I write as a person who has witnessed the growth of vegetarians ’movement from the beginning until I reached absolute power today. I am writing in appreciation of the remarkable achievement that vegetarian bodybuilders have achieved today and in appreciation of the physical build that I very much appreciate.

I don’t know what my future role will be in the vegan bodybuilding community. For the time being, vegetarian bodybuilders such as Will Tucker, Ed Bauer, Mindy Colette, and Stephen Cote, among others, call me “the spiritual father of vegetarian bodybuilders”. I will accept that title and try to figure out how I can contribute more to the vegan bodybuilding players community and I will decide whether I will try to evolve with the initiative to change the technological aspect of the young vegetarian bodybuilders, or to continue with what I do, write more books and switch from the spiritual father to Find this movement. Certainly, as long as we are honest in our mission and saving lives thanks to our compassionate actions, I believe there is a place for all kinds of vegetarian bodybuilding activities. I have seen enough to know that these days are our best days, and I look forward to opening a new chapter in my career and in the vegan bodybuilding movement, in order to pass on to them my years of experience.

Austin Aries

Austin Aries appeared as a professional wrestler for more than a decade. He is best known for his nickname “The Greatest Man Ever Lived”. Aris has won many individual championships throughout his career, and perhaps the most prominent of these tournaments was while he was at TNA, where he won (world heavy weight championship, world tag team championship, and X division championship on six occasions) and also won the Ring of Honor twice. Austin Ariis is currently a contract with Impact wrestling and may acquire the title (Impact Grand Champion) before becoming the title (the Impact World Champion). Read more

In addition to wrestling, Aries works in many international media forums, such as the British propaganda for the (Defiant Wrestling and International Pro Wrestling) tournaments. He also holds the title of the World Championship in Britain in each of (Defiant– (IPW.) Aries is the current champion of the WSW Championship For the Australian Freestyle Championship.

He has worked in Ariis at many major entertainment establishments in the USA such as WWE and Ring Of Honor. He has won thirteen tournaments (including four world championships) while in Impact and ROH. He has been crowned the TNA World Heavyweight twice and has been named the Impact World Champion six times for the X Division TNA and is considered the most champion able to preserve his title. He also invented the famous “Option C”. She once gets a TNA world tag team championship once and holds the title Impact Grand champion once alongside twice a champion for the Ring of honor, and once a champion for the ROH World tag team championship.

Austin Ariis became a vegetarian more than a decade ago before turning into a vegan in 2011. This was his source of inspiration to write the book “The Food Brawl: My Plants gave me the power to leave bingo halls and live the most wonderful days of my life.” This is not a wrestling book in the literal sense, although Arius touched on the days of his first training and how he became a TNA champion, and a X Division champion on six occasions besides earning her the title of Ring of honor world champion, he is considered a WWE middle-weight champion. This book not only provides advice and guidance to everyone who follows a vegetarian diet in his life, but also provides “Aries” opinions on the benefits of the food we eat and encourage the reader to make wise decisions about the food he eats.

Build muscle on a plant-based diet for any sport. By

Robert Cheek

Some people may not know that many vegan athletes consume protein in a large amount in the plant-based diet and enjoy a high level of health and fitness. The muscle building process in the plant diet should not be seen as a challenge, contradiction, or an unlikely and unsuccessful task.

And like anything else in the nutrition process, getting enough protein in your diet is due to the basics and common sense. In order to get the type of muscle you want, you must eat a lot, eat all kinds of food, and consume enough food. Read more

If your goal is to build muscle, you must first understand how muscles grow. It is difficult to build muscle without understanding how the process works.

For starters, you must have the basic minimum calories necessary to maintain your weight, muscles, and heart.

This is determined by your age, size, weight, and gender, and it depends mainly on how many calories you burn each day. You burn calories in everything you do from sleep to work to exercise. The more intense the exercise, the more calories you burn.

Because of the nature of physical exercise, athletes burn far more calories than non-athletes. That is why they need more calories by consuming food than their non-athletic counterparts.

We know we have to eat well and eat it more often. But what we eat and what we choose not to eat are important factors as well. It is very common for an athlete to need 0.8 -1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight to maintain muscle.

Building muscle, which is our main topic, often requires 1.2-2.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight. It may sound like a lot, but thousands of athletes and bodybuilders who have dedicated their personal or professional muscle-building lives have found this system to be effective. It is the way the body works. It is the system that supports any athletic interest from tennis to enemy weightlifting. We tire the body through exercise and rebuild it again through proper and adequate nutrition.

Perhaps you are not used to consuming this amount of food, but it is one of the main reasons why “vegetarians” are known to be underweight, it is not a baseless stereotype. Of course, consuming too much food is not important on its own, as it must be supported by a good program of exercise.

Muscles grow as a result of the fine lacerations that occur within the muscle after resistance exercises. These exercises are usually weight lifting exercises. Lifting weights or putting your body under physical pressure in other ways (such as manual work or body weight exercises) causes the muscle fibers to tear.

The food you eat, the nutritional supplements you take, and the comfort you then get to help with the recovery process that builds you a stronger and stronger reserve. Without exercise, you are more likely to gain fat because of more calories than usual. This is because the calorie consumption will exceed its burning rate much.

When fat burning and muscle building are done appropriately, they will reach an amazing stage of harmony that results in proper nutrition. Then you can eat your cake and burn it directly.

Consuming 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight is not a task everyone is familiar with or many people can do today. Because if it were that easy, we would wander around to muscle-like citizens resembling animated heroes. Of course, this is not what many wish for, but the primary goal is the appropriate recovery for any type of exercise.

This usually requires consuming six to eight meals a day with an adequate amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates throughout the day. If the exercise focuses more on cardiovascular training such as the enemy, more carbohydrates will be consumed, which reduces the percentage of total protein. But when the exercise actually relies on strong resistance training like weightlifting, the primary focus will be on consuming protein to repair the damaged muscles quite differently than they were while running, biking or swimming.

Regardless of your sporting interest, consuming small meals throughout the day will constantly nourish you and make you ready for running, tennis, cycling, martial arts, or anything else. It provides you with the important nutrition to start the day, throughout the day, before and after exercising.

The percentage division of nutrients is large for the active person as follows: 70% of calories from carbohydrates, 20% come from protein and 10% from fat. The percentage division of macronutrients may appear to be for a bodybuilder or a person with a special focus on building muscle: 50% of calories from carbohydrates, 30% come from protein and 20% from fat. Most percentages may change daily based on diet. It may vary depending on the individual, depending on factors such as your favorite food, your metabolic rate (your body’s ability to burn fat), and your specific athletic goals.

Although consuming a large amount of food is not uncommon, as is eating every two to three hours, but for athletes who train hours per day, this becomes their focus and part of daily life. It is not very difficult, it just requires some dedication, focus, planning and preparation. Personally, I enjoy eating frequently throughout the day. My meals tend to be a little smaller and I diversify and incorporate flavors and ideas … etc. This is because I eat more than three or four meals a day.

In general, fruits are easier to digest and are often preferred to be eaten alone without being combined with any other food, such as proteins. If fruits are eaten with any other food, this can slow down the digestion process in many people, so some people prefer eating fruits alone and consuming other carbohydrates with proteins in other meals throughout the day.

Whether you are a professional athlete or a warrior for a perfect body on the weekend or take a weightlifting as a hobby, building muscle based on a vegetarian diet will be more enjoyable and easier wherever you are. If you exercise regularly, eat healthy food in large quantities and allow for adaptation and muscle growth. Enjoy, stay motivated and imagine success ahead of you, and work hard and constantly to achieve your desired goals.

Why do athletes race for a vegetarian diet. By Neil Bernard, Professor of Medicine.

Why Athletes Are Racing to a Vegan Diet by Neal Barnard, MD

Reduced blood viscosity and improved oxygen saturated tissue

During athletic activity, blood viscosity often increases, leading to a gradual loss of oxygenated tissue, and consequently, athletic performance deteriorates. Decreased viscosity, which can be achieved through a plant-based diet, improves oxygenated tissue, reduces heart rate during exercise and reduces dehydration. In a study of 48 individuals, following a vegetarian diet, it was found that blood viscosity became much lower.

Improved blood flow

Arteriosclerosis reduces blood flow not only to the coronary arteries, but to other parts of the body. About 10% of the population of developed countries suffer by the age of 20 from advanced atherosclerosis in the abdominal aorta, which reduces blood flow and contributes to the deterioration of cartilage and lower back pain. Also, atherosclerosis reduces blood flow to the legs, brain, and other parts of the body. It has been shown that the plant-based diet is able to reverse atherosclerosis, which increases blood flow to all parts of the body.

Reducing inflammation

Inflammation does not occur only in the walls of the arteries that contribute to atherosclerosis, but also occurs in the joints and soft tissues in the body as well. In 2017, a study published in the Journal of Public Health Nutrition revealed that a vegetarian diet reduces infections.

The researchers reviewed 18 previous studies and found that individuals who followed a vegetarian diet for at least two years had reduced the level of “C-reactive protein”, which is a vital sign of inflammation, compared to those who did not follow a vegetarian diet.

In addition to the healing power and nutritional value of a vegetarian and whole diet, a vegan diet requires less effort to grow. There is no peace without justice.

“There is no global peace without equal justice for all, not just for the distinct beings,” said a speech by Robert Grillo, Free From Harm, at a meeting in Chicago, January 2018, regarding the freedom for all, not just for humans, but for everyone – including animals.

In short, we all share a common source of injustice. The great institutions state that oppressed groups are the same ones who exploit other beings and sources of nature, as if these institutions belonged to us all. I will say it again, our struggle against a common tyrant, and together we will be strong. When we unite, we will pose the greatest threat to their strength.

As an advocate for equality, we stand together for your support and for social justice. We support and strengthen each other. And as long as there is injustice and oppression against our society and against other societies, our voices will remain loud, confident and steadfast against anyone who tries to silence us! We are on the right side of history! So let us make this city and the world see what the union will be!
